According to Bold Chat surveys it has been seen that 21% of on line shoppers prefer live chat, with 23% who favor using the telephone and this still remains ahead of social media.
The key factor which makes enticing for the fans to chat is ‘Time‘. Among those who preferred live chat, 79% said that they prefer live chat as they get their concerns responded quickly and 46% confessed that it has been the most efficient communication method.
